Licenses
Standard License
The standard license applies to all content purchased or subscribed to. It provides you, the user, with a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize the products under the specified terms for the duration of the license term.
MyChristianBackgrounds.com reserves the right to terminate this license unilaterally if you violate these terms and fail to rectify the breach within a reasonable period, as determined solely by MyChristianBackgrounds.com. If termination occurs, you must cease using the content, including any end products containing the content, until the content is removed from them.
You may use our imagery:
- at live events
- in print material
- on social media
- any website affiliated with your organization
- any HTML newsletter you send out
You may not:
- Resell any artwork you create using our images.
- Post our images on your website or social media account without some sort of customization (.ie add your own text to the image).
- Redistribute any imagery to anyone outside the church/ministry/business who purchased the media.
- Create Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
Reseller License
The Reseller license gives you the ability to create derivative products (for free or for profit).
Keep in mind that only imagery that has been remixed into a derivative product can be sold and distributed, assuming the image has been modified to the extent that the end product is not substantially similar to the original.
Original Content that is unaltered may not be sold or distributed.
